28 Day Meditation Challenge — Day 1
Hi Hohmies! Today I am beginning a 28 day meditation challenge inspired by Sharon Salzburg’s new book “Real Happiness: The Power of Meditation.”

I intend on including meditation as part of a morning practice. To start I will begin with 30 minutes in the morning:
10 min of yoga to wake up my body,
10 min of reading “Real Happiness,”
and 10 min of meditation.
This seems realistic to me, I can find 30 min in my morning to clear my head before the craziness of the day begins. If I want to eventually move to more time, I can tackle that then. I am interested to see where I will be at the end of this month! Let me know if you are up for the Challenge and perhaps we can encourage each other!
