Get Your Soul & Body Ready for “Body & SOUL”
Love yoga? Love deep & soulful house music? We do too!
In honor of this month’s upcoming “Body and SOUL” event at Webster Hall, hohmyoga would like to invite you to a new yoga experience.
Combining the positive vibes of deep, soulful, tribal rhythms with the loving energy and health benefits of yoga, our Soul & Body Yoga experience is designed to get your body ready to dance and your spirit to dance with it. The workshop will encompass a variety of yoga styles focusing on balance, strength and flexibility while guiding your soul on a journey of positivity, gratitude and connection to the energy uniting us all. “Body & SOUL” gives its fans a unifying feeling of togetherness (and a place to DANCE!) — Soul & Body aims to do the same for your spiritual as well as physical being.
Musical accompaniment will be provided by DJ George FAYA! who will both guide and follow us through our 90-minute physical and spiritual journey.
Soul and Body Yoga is: Positive vibes for house-loving yoga practitioners.
As we say in our mission statement, all levels of practice are welcome, for “No individual is too young, old, small, big, experienced, inexperienced, poor or busy for yoga. You already belong so don’t worry about fitting in. You already have everything you need existing inside of you. You have the key — just come hohm.”
It is important to note that as longtime fans of “Body & SOUL”, that hohmyoga is not affiliated in any way with “B&S”, or John Davis Productions. We just love the experience, and the music and atmosphere that Joe Claussel, Danny Krivit, and Francois K provide for us, and want to share with you in our own special way.
