YOGAthon — 108 Sun Salutations

On Sun­day, Decem­ber 13th @ 10:08a.m. all par­tic­i­pants will gath­er togeth­er in Brook­lyn’s Prospect Park (Grand Army Plaza) to do 108 Sun Salutations.

Com­ing up is the SEVA Chal­lenge, Off The Mat, Into The World Fundrais­er. The funds will go to aid at-risk youth in the U.S.A., as well as sup­port women and chil­dren in Ugan­da, Africa. For spe­cif­ic details visit:

To par­tic­i­pate you sim­ply need to get spon­sors, with a request for every­one to make their goal a min­i­mum of $100. This can be reached so eas­i­ly, $5 here, $10 there, you may be sur­prised how many peo­ple donate more! Before you know it, you will have raised $100 or more. This will tru­ly change young peo­ple’s lives. And who knows…maybe yours will be changed too after 108 sun salu­ta­tions out­doors in December!
